We have seen a contract. IM and I worked through the first draft together. We are hoping to avoid passing it back and forth. We are hoping that the contract will be signed while they are in the states. We know its kinda close though.
my IP's will arrive in NY on Sat and spend the nite in the city. On Sunday the 24th they will travel to Lancaster by train. The kids are getting excited too. This first visit will be so fast as we have many things to do and such a little amount of time to do it in. We have also confirmed the appt with Cooper.
